Users are immediately comfortable with SonicRecruit because they are trained on the application that has been configured specifically for them. Likewise, the sessions are conducted by Account Managers who are familiar with their personnel, procedures and terminology. Training can be conducted off-site, via online meetings or on-site at the client’s preference.
