SonicVendor enables recruiters to notify authorized staffing vendors of urgent positions and transmit precise selection criteria automatically. This eliminates confusion and prevents agencies from submitting candidates to requisitions for which their services have not been engaged.

There are several benefits to allowing vendors to register candidates directly into the central database. Vendors perform their own data entry; potential duplicates and conflicts are identified in advance; and both direct and outsourced candidates can be evaluated against the same objective selection criteria.
