VANCOUVER, BC – March 22, 2006 - Cytiva Software Inc. (CRX: TSX:V), a leading provider of recruiting software solutions, announced today that the Company has revised its SonicRecruit recruiting software to meet the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) new non-discrimination requirements on “Internet applicants”. The new regulations came into effect on February 6, 2006 and affect all U.S. employers who have 50 employees and maintain contracts with the Federal Government exceeding $50,000 per year.

To assist U.S. government federal contractors with non-discrimination compliance, SonicRecruit now meets OFCCP requirements on how Internet applicant records are captured, stored and reported. New SonicRecruit functionality enables contractors to store applicant search results – including search criteria, search results, who conducted the search, date of the search and a “snapshot” of the Internet applicant’s data at the time of the search. While changes can be made to an applicant’s record throughout the hiring process, the stored search information cannot be modified at all.

“There are approximately 400,000 registered government contractors that may be affected by the new OFCCP regulations.
